Our agricultural history lies in the soil preparation techniques that have been passed down through generations since the Meiji era. Among these, the most important origin for us is the moment in 1927 when we serendipitously discovered the "Fuji Persimmon" in this very place.
We want to not only preserve the history that our ancestors have protected and the blessings that nature bestows upon us, but also to bring them to life today as new sources of enjoyment.
